Open MyGov.be
Tap \'Add Document\' → \'Health\' → \'Vaccination Certificate\'
Choose import source: Healthcare provider OR QR code
If provider: Log in to their patient portal, authorize
If QR code: Scan vaccination QR code from paper certificate
Verify vaccination details (dates, vaccine types)
Authenticate with biometric (using eID or itsme)
Certificate added to wallet
