What You Need
- ✓Access to government portal or another device
- ✓Your government account login credentials
Step-by-Step Instructions
From another device, visit your national EUDI Wallet portal
Log in with government credentials (not lost phone)
Navigate to \'My Credentials\' or \'Manage Wallet\'
Select credential to revoke (or \'Revoke All\')
Confirm revocation (credential becomes invalid immediately)
Report phone theft to police if applicable
Get new phone, download EUDI Wallet app
Re-verify identity
Re-issue credentials (free and instant)
